  • What kind of gym is Results Fitness?

    Results Fitness is more than a gym, we are community ready to support you in your health & fitness goals. 


    We are a results based transformation gym that focuses on group, small group and semi private personal training with nutrition coaching. 


    Since 2000 our primary focus has been helping clients achieve results and keep those results for life. Whether it’s dropping body fat, building lean muscle, improving your health and feeling significantly better, or improving specific performance; we create training and nutrition plans specific to you and your lifestyle to get you to your goals and maintain them.


    Our gym has 6000 square feet of space dedicated to clients getting focused coaching in a safe space and a great experience, so that you can continue progressing your results under an expert coach’s guidance, with a supportive community, accountability from our team; without the stress of busy gym, waiting for equipment, with no guidance on training and nutrition, where you don’t know what to do every step of the way.


    Since 2000 we have helped over 5000 Santa Claritaresidents achieve their goals and we have been featured in Men’s Health, Women's Health, Men’s Fitness, BBC World News, on Dr. Oz , USA Today, and many more.     Should I wait to workout until I'm more fit?

    Let us guide you on the path from the beginning to set you up for long-term success. We can make sure you are successful from the start. 


    Do you clean the house before the cleaning company arrives? Of course not! Or maybe you do but if I were you I'd leave it to the professionals! 


    Instead of trying to figure out your workout strategy on your own let us set you up with a custom plan that meets you right where you're at. 

  • Are your coaches certified?

    Absolutely! And beyond that, we take it upon ourselves to further educate them ongoing. You won't find a more highly qualified team of fitness coaches who work closely with the top experts in the field on the cusp of the latest research and science of what works for our clients. 


    We also consider ourselves an educational company and love to help our clients understand and learn about programming, exercise, and physiology.

    Should I do Pilates or Yoga Instead?

    We think Pilates and Yoga are both excellent and we love to use many of the same exercises and stretches to incorporate into our program. One of the problems is that they usually are not customized for what you need so you end up stretching and doing exercises for everything without specifically addressing the areas you need to work on. 


    In addition, in order to change your body, you need to put a demand on it that it is not used to and will need to move beyond body weight eventually. 


    Everybody is different and we want to help you find the right workout program for you. We believe our programs incorporate in the best of what works!

    I'm afraid I'll get bulky if I lift weights?

    We understand the fear from many women that lifting weights will make them bulky. Rest assured we will make sure your program is designed for specifically what you are looking to accomplish. 


    At Results Fitness, we design programs based on your goals using your full body that will burn calories, boost your metabolism and build muscle if that's your goal. 


    There is no better, or more effective way to achieve a toned, fit physique than with a full-body strength training program designed specifically for you.  

  • Life is hectic! I'm not sure I can commit?

    We offer a short-term month-to-month option for this reason however we recommend you make the commitment to the 12 months with us to make your health & fitness a priority. 


    If for any reason you are unable to fulfill the annual commitment the cancellation fee would be the difference you would have paid at the point you are cancelling of the month-to-month option. You can also cancel if you end up moving or bring us a doctor's note stating you are unable to exercise. 


    Making that commitment to us and more importantly to yourself for the next year ensures that this is the year you finally put your health & fitness first. 

  • Do you work with people who have never worked out before?

    Yes, many of our clients start with us with little to no training experience and we help them achieve their fitness goals, while starting them where they are in a safe space, adjusting to their needs and goals, guiding them every step of the way. Our coaches are highly experienced with coaching every fitness level.

  • Do you work with athletes?

    Over the last 24 years we have worked with hundreds of athletes, high school, college, and pro sports teams. 


    Results Fitness is currently the home of the Team USA Obstacle Course Coach working with many high level Obstacle course racers and Ninja athletes. 


    In addition we've trained pro Motocross racers, MLB Baseball players, Ice Skaters, Hockey Players and more. We customize our program to give you exactly what you need for your sport. 

  • Can I talk to someone before making a decision?

    Yes, we can set up a complimentary strategy session with one of our expert coaches where we find out what you are trying to achieve, show how we can best help you and advise you on the best steps, as well as determine if it is the best fit for you, and from there if you choose to work with us, we can move forward from there. We answer all questions clearly and concisely, present the options, recommend what we feel are the best options to help you achieve your goals, and you can make a decision from there.

  • How much does it cost?

    Our membership rates start at $125/bi-weekly and we have programs ranging from Team Training (this is large group sessions), focused on fun and challenging classes that improve fitness, base strength, cardio and burn calories while improving body composition, to our Semi-Private Personal Training, where we completely customize training to you and your goals along with individualized nutrition coaching to get you the most accelerated results.


    Our recommendation is to join our 30-day Test Flight and try us out for 30-days with no risk. The program is $197 and includes a customized program, access to all our Team Training, self-guided sessions and gives you 4 Semi-Private Personal Training sessions with a Results coach, as well as nutrition guidance throughout those 30-days.
